The hotel's location is central and convenient, with coffee shops, shopping malls, and restaurants close by. the downtown Shanghai area is definitely worth exploring. - the lobby bar at the hotel was a nice feature. - We didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel, but we would love to visit again.

Internet access was very poor and i had to pay extra for a faster wifi service only to find that Google/Gmail is banned in Shanghai. It made it really difficult to respond to work emails.
